SIPA is a not for profit development organization working across Madhya Pradesh since 2008 to build resilient communities through sustainable livelihoods, natural resource management, WASH, and community led development.

From grassroots mobilization to climate resilient agriculture and integrated rural transformation, SIPA works alongside communities to create sustainable systems and long term impact.

Mr. Ashish Biswas

Development sector professional with 35+ years of experience in rural development and water and sanitation programmes.

Mr. Ashish Jain

Civil engineer and programme manager with experience in watershed development, agriculture, WASH, and livelihood promotion.

Mr. Rajendra Kumar Parmar

Researcher, journalist, and governance expert focused on gender equality and women’s empowerment through community based initiatives.

Mr. Shahzad Akhtar Khan

Development expert with 30+ years of experience in watershed development, sustainable livelihoods, and poverty alleviation programmes.

Mr. Shyam Bohre

Experienced development professional working in education, rural management, and participatory training. Formerly associated with Nehru Yuva Kendra and RCVP Noronha Academy, Bhopal.

Ms. Santoshi Tiwari

Rural management professional with 20+ years of experience in WASH, women’s empowerment, and participatory development.
